Abstract
The role of human resources in a school organization is very important. But human resources will be optimal if managed properly. The school principal has a central role in managing personnel in schools, so it is very important for schools to understand and implement personnel management properly. Therefore, the purpose of this study is the principal's strategy in developing human resources in the school community so that the vision and mission of the school organization goes well. This research is a qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation. The technique used in testing the validity of the data is through technical triangulation. The principal's strategy in utilizing the best productivity development for human resources in the school community is to provide improved services, training, performance appraisal, personal rights, promotions, and relations with other agencies.
