Manfaat Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam Media Pembelajaran Interaktif bagi Pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar

Abstract
The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into interactive learning media in primary education has become a strategic issue in Indonesia’s digital education transformation. This article aims to examine the benefits, challenges, and implications of AI implementation through a systematic literature review of 25 accredited national journal articles published between 2022 and 2025. Sources were selected using rigorous inclusion exclusion criteria based on thematic relevance, methodological validity, and explicit focus on primary education. Findings indicate that AI significantly enhances learning through adaptive content, instant feedback, gamification, and data-driven insights, fostering student engagement and personalization. It also strengthens teachers’ roles as facilitators and supports student-centered pedagogy. However, implementation faces structural barriers, including digital infrastructure gaps, low teacher digital literacy, and insufficient contextualization with local cultural and Islamic values. The study recommends: (1) developing needs-based teacher training programs, (2) prioritizing digital infrastructure in remote and underdeveloped regions, and (3) designing AI-powered media that integrate Qur’anic values and local wisdom. Future research should focus on empirical studies in rural schools, prototyping contextually grounded AI learning tools, and long- term investigations into AI’s impact on students’ character development and social skills. When implemented wisely, AI can serve as a powerful enabler of equitable, high-quality, and sustainable primary education in Indonesia
