Berdasarkan penelitian ini pemanfaatan internet dalam proses pembelajaran mahasiswa stain Mandailing natal belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh terbatasnya pemahaman mahasiswa &nbsp;terhadap nilai internet dalam pendidikan jika dibandingkan dengan metode lain untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis dan industri. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sekitar 15 orang dan populasi sebanyak 33 mahasiswa prodi komunikasi penyiaran islam (KPI). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan internet untuk tujuan pendidikan di kalangan mahasiswa STAIN MADINA &nbsp;(1) hanya digunakan secara informal dan tidak digunakan secara formal. mahasiswa menggunakan internet untuk membantu mereka mengelola tugas yang telah dibebankan kepada mereka. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi pelajar dalam menggunakan internet adalah belum lengkapnya fasilitas perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang disediakan. By analyzing several<br>case studies, this article discusses the role of social media in politics. These studies illustrate the political power that<br>these platforms can harness. The study explores how political actors<br>use social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram<br>to mobilize supporters, influence public opinion, and<br>set political agendas. The case studies include political<br>campaigns, social movements, and protests led by social media. The focus<br>of the study is on how it impacts election outcomes, how it influences government policies, and<br>how social polarization and the spread of misinformation emerge.<br>The study shows that social media not only functions as a<br>communication tool but also as a political force that can<br>influence democracy in good or bad ways.
