Open Access Policy
Jurnal Al-Mu'tabar is committed to promoting the widest possible dissemination of scholarly knowledge through a full Open Access policy. All published articles are freely available to readers worldwide, enabling researchers, academics, students, educators, practitioners, institutions, and the wider community to access and benefit from scholarly works without subscription fees or access charges.
Through this policy, Jurnal Al-Mu'tabar seeks to foster an open, inclusive, and collaborative academic environment in which knowledge can be shared, discussed, and developed for the advancement of science and society.
1. Free and Immediate Access
All articles published by Jurnal Al-Mu'tabar are made available online in full text and free of charge immediately upon publication.
Readers may access, read, download, and use published articles without requiring a subscription or registration. The journal does not impose any paywall or subscription barrier on its published content.
2. Permitted Use
Readers are encouraged to make appropriate academic use of articles published by Jurnal Al-Mu'tabar. Subject to the applicable license, users may:
- Read and access articles freely and without charge;
- Download and save articles for academic, educational, and research purposes;

The CC BY license permits users to copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the published material, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), the source is properly cited, a link to the license is provided, and any changes made to the original work are clearly indicated.
4. Access and Publication Charges
Jurnal Al-Mu'tabar provides free access to all published articles. Readers are not required to pay any subscription or access fee to read or download published content.
The journal's Open Access model is intended to remove financial barriers to scholarly information and ensure that research findings can reach a broad academic and public audience.
Any publication-related fees, if applicable, are governed separately by the journal's Article Processing Charge (APC) Policy and are not imposed as a condition for readers to access published articles.
5. Article Sharing and Dissemination
Jurnal Al-Mu'tabar encourages authors to maximize the visibility and academic impact of their published research by sharing their work through legitimate academic and institutional channels, including:
