The Qaulan Journal is a periodical scientific journal published by the Islamic Broadcasting Communication Study Program (KPI) of the Mandailing Natal State Islamic College. The focus of this journal is related studies and research on the development of communication, both in the Islamic world and communication in general through research-based and non-research-based research as well as library literature. The Qaulan journal will be published twice a year. And will be contributed through the manuscript selection process. Ongoing partner study and final editing process. The Qaulan Journal provides a place for parties who want to contribute, both scholars, professional researchers, scientists and postgraduate students who research science in the field of communication.
