TRANSFORMASI POLA KOMUNIKASI PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DI ERA SOCIETY 5.0: PELUANG DAN TANTANGAN BAGI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji transformasi pola komunikasi pendidikan Islam di era Society 5.0 dengan fokus pada peluang dan tantangan bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam. Era Society 5.0 telah membawa perubahan fundamental dalam sistem pendidikan Islam, menciptakan kebutuhan akan framework komunikasi yang dapat mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dengan inovasi teknologi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi, penelitian ini melibatkan 25 informan dari lima lembaga pendidikan Islam di Sumatera Utara, mencakup pemimpin lembaga, guru, dan tim pengembang teknologi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan tiga temuan utama: pertama, transformasi digital telah menghadirkan model pembelajaran hybrid yang mengintegrasikan metode traditional dengan teknologi modern. Kedua, keberhasilan transformasi bergantung pada pengembangan framework komunikasi yang mempertimbangkan aspek pedagogis, teknologis, dan spiritual secara seimbang. Ketiga, dimensi sosio-kultural memainkan peran krusial dalam adaptasi teknologi digital dalam pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori komunikasi pendidikan Islam digital dan memberikan panduan praktis bagi implementasi transformasi digital di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Framework yang dihasilkan dapat membantu lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam melakukan transformasi digital secara terencana dan berkelanjutan, sambil mempertahankan nilai-nilai fundamental pendidikan Islam.
