ELECTRONIC FILING

ELECTRONIC FILING

To ensure continued access and long-term preservation, EL-AHLI applies the following archiving policy:

  1. Primary archive on the journal website. All issues, from the first to the latest, are stored and accessible in PDF format through the Archives menu of the journal website (OJS).
  2. Regular backups. The journal managers regularly back up manuscript files, metadata, and the OJS database on the institutional server and on separate external storage.
  3. Open metadata harvesting. Article metadata is available through the OAI-PMH protocol (https://jurnal.stain-madina.ac.id/index.php/el-ahli/oai) so that indexing services and repositories can harvest it.
  4. Third-party indexing and storage. Articles are indexed and stored in Google Scholar, Garuda, BASE, and Semantic Scholar, and the journal is accredited in SINTA.
  5. Persistent identifiers. Each article is assigned a DOI through Crossref, keeping article links stable.
  6. Archiving rights. Under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), articles may be deposited and redistributed, including in authors’ institutional repositories, provided attribution is given to the authors and to EL-AHLI as the original source.
  7. Long-term preservation. If the journal ceases publication, the full archive will be retained and remain accessible through the journal website and indexing services.
