Abstrak

Revolusi digital dalam studi Islam, terutama Fiqh, menandai era baru dalam pemahaman dan interpretasi hukum Islam melalui teknologi Kecerdasan Buatan (AI). Dalam konteks Hukum Keluarga Islam, tantangan interpretasi dan aplikasi hukum dalam konteks sosial-kultural yang dinamis memerlukan metodologi penelitian yang inovatif. Penelitian ini mengisi kesenjangan pengetahuan dengan mengintegrasikan AI dalam metodologi Fiqh, memberikan perspektif baru dalam mengatasi masalah kontemporer Hukum Keluarga Islam. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan analitis deskriptif, penelitian ini menggabungkan analisis norma hukum Islam dengan pengamatan empiris terhadap aplikasi AI, menganalisis data dari review jurnal, dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa AI dapat mengidentifikasi pola dan tema dalam teks-teks hukum Islam yang relevan, memfasilitasi interpretasi yang lebih dinamis dan berbasis bukti, serta membuka jalan bagi pemahaman yang lebih luas tentang prinsip-prinsip hukum dalam konteks kehidupan modern. Implikasinya terhadap teori dan praktik dalam Hukum Keluarga Islam adalah signifikan, mendorong integrasi antara tradisi hukum Islam dan inovasi teknologi, serta menawarkan solusi yang lebih adaptif untuk isu-isu Hukum Keluarga Islam yang terus berkembang. Penelitian ini menyarankan pengembangan algoritma AI yang lebih sensitif terhadap konteks sosial-kultural dan memperluas basis data untuk analisis sebagai arah penelitian masa depan.
