Author Declaration

Authors submitting manuscripts to Uqubah: Journal of Islamic Law are encouraged to complete the Author Declaration Form as part of the submission process.

The form provides a statement regarding the originality of the manuscript, authorship responsibility, ethical compliance, and adherence to the journal’s publication policies.
