Author Declaration

Authors submitting manuscripts to Uqubah: Journal of Islamic Criminal Law may complete the Author Declaration Form as part of the submission process. The form provides a statement concerning the originality of the manuscript, authorship responsibility, ethical compliance, and adherence to the journal’s publication policies.

Completion and submission of the Author Declaration Form are encouraged but not required for manuscript submission.
