Vol. 1 No. 1 (2026): Uqubah: Journal of Islamic Criminal Law
This issue has been available online since July 31, 2026, as the regular issue for July 2026. It comprises four original research articles contributed by 11 authors affiliated with 10 institutions in three countries: Indonesia, Egypt, and Yemen. The authors are based in Padangsidimpuan, Semarang, Mandailing Natal, Padang, Bengkulu, Bukittinggi, Surabaya, and Jakarta in Indonesia; Cairo in Egypt; and Mukalla in Yemen. Together, these contributions represent a geographically diverse body of research spanning Southeast Asia, North Africa, and the Arabian Peninsula.
